Australia to change rules so as to sell uranium to India?

The step is being taken on account of India’s rapid stride to the global nuclear technology market…… India is the only country to do nuclear commerce without being a signatory to the Non Proliferation Treaty (NPT)….
.. South Australia’s Department of trade & economic development director (investments), Damian Papps said this recently.
Australia would like to amend the current regulations to enable uranium export to India, said Papps……Meanwhile, Papps said that Australia would partner with the firms from different countries like the United States, China, Canada, Germany and India to enable mining growth in the country.
