G20 News Roundup: Russian Nuclear Submarine 5th In The Fleet, World Leaders Coming, Beach Protest Happening International Business Times By Athena Yenko | November 14, 2014 A Russian nuclear submarine maybe the fifth ship to the four Russian warships spotted in north of Australia. A United States submarine had reportedly followed the four Russian warships as the fleet sail across the international waters and have kept the Russian vessels under radar near Japan as the fleet head south, The Australian reported
……….The Queensland Police will also be posting update about motorcade road closureson its website about motorcade road closures. A fleet of 18 boats had already been sailed by the police. The boats will be use to monitor Brisbane for the whole duration of the G20 Summit in Brisbane.
Several protests will also be conducted in Brisbane on Friday. The police had started barricading Brisbane CBD and South Bank. A Tibetan rally at New Farm, an Oxfam event in West End and a rally on deaths in custody are already planned and are expected to start on Friday.
Already, a group of protesters depicting G20 leaders is making noise and catching attention. The protesters are dressed as Australian surf lifesavers as they call for global equality among nations. Leaders which protesters are depicting include US PresidentBarack Obama, Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel and British Prime Minister David Cameron.
Also, about 400 people of climate change protesters buried their heads in the sand of Bondi Beach.
