Queensland state government’s environmental approval of Adani’s massive Carmichael coal mine project.
“The case commences in Brisbane, Australia on Friday 5 August, in the Supreme Court of Queensland.It is a Judicial Review of whether the Queensland Department of the Environment and Heritage Protection properly granted an Environmental Authority for the Central Queensland mine in February 2016.Adani and the Queensland department are both parties to the case. … “
