I share your concerns. Their report hardly dips into the danger of carting this stuff about Australia. The record of the oil industry demonstrates far too vividly that accidents ARE going to happen – & you can’t wash this stuff away.
How do we stop this happening?

Carry this stuff 2,500 km year after year without ‘incidences’ like those that have dogged the oil industry – is totally unreasonable. What insurance company would cover THAT kind of risk?! Accidents happen – by mistake or worse, on purpose. Charlie
