Karina and Rose Lester were joint winners of the 2015 Conservation Council of SA ‘Jill Hudson Award for Environmental Protection’ The initial winners of the award in 1998 were Adnyamathanha activist Jillian Marsh and ABC journalist Rose Crane. Arabunna Elder, Kevin Buzzacott was joint winner in 2007.
