The announcement of the Port Augusta solar thermal plant was a triumph for the people of Port Augusta and all South Australians.
It was yet another example of South Australia’s leadership in renewable energy, delivering additional generation here to reduce reliance on the eastern states. On top of that, Cori Bernardi now has a dumb idea that a nuclear power station in our State would bring down power prices!!! What next? Are they also targeting S.A. to be the toilet for an international high grade nuclear waste dump to pay for his filthy, nuclear, multi billion dollar folly? |
