Two years ago, BHP announced it was relocating 50 workers from its Adelaide office as part of an internal restructure.
BHP owns the Olympic Dam copper, uranium and gold mine in South Australia, which it plans to turn into one of the world’s largest open-cut mines…….
BHP is preparing a supplementary environmental impact statement in response to public consultation on its draft EIS for the Olympic Dam expansion.
The supplementary EIS is expected to be submitted to the South Australian, Northern Territory and federal governments for approval by the end of the year.
