Marius Kloppers – Australia’s new Climate Change Minister?

described Kloppers as the climate change minister who wasn’t voted in by the public.

Kloppers under fire, The Age, September 22, 2010 AN ONLINE entrepreneur has accused the federal government of kowtowing to the boss of Australia’s biggest company.

Wotif founder Graeme Wood, who opened the World Computing Congress in Brisbane, was damning of both the government and BHP Billiton chief executive Marius Kloppers…..

Wood described Kloppers as the climate change minister who wasn’t voted in by the public.

”For one person in business to have such an impact on government policy is quite extraordinary.

”So who’s running the joint?”

A spokeswoman for BHP Billiton declined to comment on Wood’s statements.
